The applicant firm assumes all financial obligations with regard to all charges incurred. For all fares tolls, waiting time and additional stops are extra. All charge are to be paid in full upon receipt of invoice payment terms are of a 30-day net. TriBeca Corporate Car, Inc reserves the right to refuse service to companies / firms who are in arrerars. Payments received 15 days over the due date will incur a 1.5% per month or 18% per year finance charges. Customer agrees to be responsible for payment of all lost, stolen or missing vouchers in invoices. Customer agrees to be responsible for all reservations made resulting in a No Show. I authorize TriBeca Corporate Car, Inc. to request & obtain consumer or personal credit report on myself or our company if necessary. This agreement may be terminated any time by written notice, but the terms of this agreement will continue to apply until the entire amount owed by the costumer is fully paid.
